POSITION INFO:
Job & Company Description:
This innovative, mission-driven company is seeking a dedicated Group Accountant to join their lean and high-performing finance team. With operations in South Africa, the UK, the US, and Australia, this organisation partners with multiple internal and external brands to deliver specialised solutions to a passionate customer base. The successful candidate will support the Finance Manager and broader finance team across multiple legal entities, ensuring robust reporting, efficient processes, and accurate financial oversight.

Other duties include:

Preparing monthly and weekly management reports
Producing monthly bordereaux for external stakeholders
Managing accounts payable and receivable processes
Performing weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
Reviewing and authorising supplier invoices and payments
Supporting daily transactional and bookkeeping functions
Assisting with budgeting and financial control implementation
Maintaining and improving financial systems and internal processes

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

Job Experience & Skills required:

Financial services / insurance industry exposure
Exposure to working within a multi-entity or international structure will be beneficial
