POSITION INFO:
As a Group Accountant, you will play a key role in group financial reporting, consolidations, and ensuring compliance with IFRS standards. This role offers exposure to a prestigious JSE-listed organisation, where you’ll gain valuable listed-company experience and the opportunity to develop within a professional and supportive team. If you are ambitious, technically strong, and eager to make your mark in the property sector, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

Preparation of group consolidations and reporting packs
Drafting and review of Annual Financial Statements in line with IFRS
Supporting the external audit process and liaising with auditors
Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting requirements
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, JSE reporting requirements, and internal controls
Providing technical accounting input on complex transactions

Education and experience:

BCom Accounting
Experience in group reporting and consolidations essential
Exposure to a listed environment highly advantageous
Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
