What You'll Be Accountable For (Pun Intended) Owning the full consolidation process across multiple entities, because one set of books is never enough Driving month-end and year-end like a pro (no stalled closes here) Making IFRS your daily bread, compliance is king Analysing financials like a detective (variance spotted, explained, solved) Keeping intercompany transactions in line, no funny business, only funny reconciliations Partnering with operations and leadership to turn numbers into narratives Strengthening controls so nothing slips through the cracks Job Experience and Skills Required CA(SA), non-negotiable Strong experience in group reporting, consolidations, and IFRS Manufacturing exposure, because inventory isn't just stock, it's strategy Systems exposure such as SAP and advanced Excel Apply now!
