An established organisation in the Manufacturing, Engineering, or Construction sector is seeking an experienced Group Accountant to join its finance leadership team. This opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded finance professional with strong costing, stock, and project accounting experience who enjoys partnering with operations and contributing to business growth.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Manage group financial reporting and consolidations Oversee the full finance function across multiple entities Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Monitor and analyse stock, costing, and project performance Ensure compliance with financial controls and reporting standards Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and insights Lead and mentor finance team members Requirements Qualifications BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification Completed Articles (SAICA\/SAIPA preferred) CIMA qualification advantageous Experience 10-15 years' finance experience Minimum 3 years in a senior finance leadership role Strong experience within Manufacturing, Engineering, or Construction environments Proven experience with stock management, costing, and project accounting Skills & Attributes Strong analytical and commercial acumen Excellent leadership and communication skills Bilingual (Afrikaans and English) German language proficiency advantageous Mature, hands-on, and results-driven approach Apply Now If you're an experienced finance professional looking to make a strategic impact in a senior accounting role, we'd love to hear from you.
