Our client is an independent next generation organization, who is currently seeking to recruit a qualified Chartered Accountant to fill the role of their Group Accountant. This blue-chip company has been successful in their operations for almost a century and is a noteworthy multinational brand within the commercial sector. Duties:
- Managing the monthly variance analysis and providing commentary on the financial performance.
- Consolidation of the Group budget for the management reporting pack.
- Preparation of the Group consolidated financial statements.
- Managing the corporate month end accounting process.
- Supervising junior accounting staff.
- Preparation of the monthly management reports.
Qualification and Experience:
- Qualified CA(SA)
- 3 – 5 years commercial experience
- Must have previously dealt with consolidation of financial statement
Skills:
- Advanced excel knowledge
- IFRS
