My client, an Employer of choice within South Africa is looking for a Group Accountant to join their company which is based in a high - end Johannesburg North Suburb.

This company has a large footprint which spans into countries within Africa seeks to employ a fully qualified Chartered Accountant whose skillset includes IFRS Compliance and Implementation as well as Group Consolidations – This role will also be an integral part of the Head Office Group Accounts Team as well as form part of Strategic Projects within the business.

Although this role is permanent, preference will be given to candidates who are either Immediately Available or have short notice periods as this company is looking for a candidate to make an immediate and positive impact on business.

Duties:

Group Reporting and Monthly Management Packs
IFRS Compliance and Implementation
Group Consolidations
Budgets and Forecasts
Preparation of the Annual Financial Statements
Statutory Reporting

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

Completed CA(SA) necessary

Experience:

Minimum 3 – 4 years’ post – article experience in the Manufacturing is needed
