SUMMARY:
A market leader in the construction and mining industry is currently in the market for a qualified chartered accountant to take up a role as a Group Financial Accountant.

POSITION INFO:

A market leader in the construction and mining industry is currently in the market for a qualified chartered accountant to take up a role as a Group Financial Accountant.

Qualifications and Experience:

CA(SA)
3 – 5 years’ experience
Construction, Mining or Manufacturing experience
Consolidation’s experience
Hyperion and JDE ERP system experience (advantageous)

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of tax calculations, tax reconciliations and tax returns
Prepare group reporting templates and requirements
Review group monthly balance sheet recons and prepare reporting packs
Prepare review and submit monthly quarterly financial consolidated reports
Review monthly management accounts
Completion of annual statutory financial statements
Preparation and review of group budgets, forecasts and cashflow forecasts
Assist external auditors
