SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

🔍 Key Requirements:

• Fully qualified CA(SA)
• Minimum 2–5 years post-articles experience
• Essential: Hands-on experience with JSE-listed reporting, including preparation of financial statements, compliance with IFRS, and understanding of listing requirements
• Advantageous: Exposure to the property industry or real estate investment portfolios
• Strong technical accounting skills and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and engage confidently with senior stakeholders

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Lead and prepare reporting for a JSE-listed environment, ensuring full compliance
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Support audit processes and manage technical accounting queries
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial insights
• Contribute to process improvements and financial controls
