JOB SUMMARY:
Specialist Lighting Design Solutions Company based in Durban is looking for a Group Administrator to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties and responsibilities:
Transport:

Weekly and Monthly recording, reconciling and reporting on project deliveries from a Cost Saving Perspective
Daily transport bookings (working together with Warehouse Manager and Head of Procurement)
Striving for better transport costings to maximise savings
Monthly petrol recons

Creditors:

Receive and review invoices for compliance, attach delivery notes from warehouse on the invoices for the stock to be captured in pastel.
Check all the documents against the delivery note, goods received note and internal supplier invoice raised on pastel.
Receive statements from all creditors and match all invoices with statement, if the statement does not match with invoices query it with the supplier.
Reconciling and preparing the Creditors File with the Head of Procurement, for monthly submission to Group Finance Manager.
Assisting Head of Procurement with capturing of supplier invoices on to Pastel.

Projects:

Following receipt of an official order - Daily communication with suppliers from an order readiness and planning perspective.
Preparation of project delivery schedules (working together with General Manager).
Following up on outstanding quotes with clients.
