GROUP CFO
Mossel Bay

A growing and established group of businesses seeks to appoint an experienced and hands-on Group CFO to oversee the financial management of multiple entities within the group.

This role is suited to a practical, systems-oriented financial professional who enjoys working closely with operations and taking ownership within a collaborative environment.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

Oversee group financial management and reporting
Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning
Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and compliance
Partner with leadership on strategic and operational decision-making
Drive ERP and financial systems optimisation
Manage auditor, banking, and advisor relationships
Oversee financial aspects of manufacturing, import, and export operations

Requirements

CA(SA) or similar recognised qualification
Proven senior financial leadership experience
Strong manufacturing and operational finance background
Experience with import/export environments
Strong ERP and financial systems experience
Hands-on, systems-oriented approach with strong leadership and communication skills
Sage X3 experience advantageous
