SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Group Chief Digital & Technology Officer to lead and execute an enterprise-wide digital, data and technology strategy within a complex financial services environment. This is a high-impact executive role for a visionary leader who can modernise legacy systems, unlock enterprise data value and drive innovation at scale, while ensuring governance, security and operational excellence.

  • Oversee re-platforming, refactoring and cloud migration initiatives
  • Ensure architectural integrity and compliance across all platforms
  • Measure ROI on digital initiatives and optimise investment impact
• Data & Innovation:
  • Drive the realisation of enterprise data use cases
  • Embed robust data privacy and security frameworks
  • Identify emerging technologies that create strategic advantage
  • Implement scalable cloud-based solutions
• Leadership & Culture:
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing digital and technology function

• Financial & Governance:
  • Manage the digital and technology portfolio budget

• Postgraduate qualification in Business, IT, Digital Transformation, Computer Science or a related field
• 15+ years managing complex technology solutions
• 15+ years leading digital and technology teams
• 10+ years within insurance or financial services
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-wide digital transformation
• Strong experience in data optimisation, Agile methodologies, system integration and large-scale migrations
• Experience implementing diverse digital operating models
• Experience in scaling technology within complex or start-up environments will be advantageous
