As the Group CFO, you’ll take the driver’s seat of the entire financial strategy, shaping the future of the Group, strengthening governance, elevating performance, and ensuring this global machine continues to run at world-class speed.

You’ll lead a major global Group, drive transformation, build a future-fit finance function and leave a legacy far bigger than a balance sheet.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and drive Group overall financial strategy, ensuring long-term sustainability and growth
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial control, reporting and governance across all subsidiaries
Lead financial accounting, management accounting, revenue and cash flow oversight for Group
Provide strategic leadership across procurement, supply chain management and asset management
Ensure audit readiness, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in systems and processes
Serve as a key contributor to Group-wide strategy, business planning, risk management and performance execution

Job Experience & Skills Required:

CA(SA) qualified (non-negotiable)
12 to 15 years Financial / Business Management experience
10+ years senior financial management experience
Experience in logistics or related industries a strong advantage
Demonstrated leadership experience at Group / Executive level
Proven exposure to Procurement & SCM
Group reporting & controls
Strong financial modelling and reporting capability
High-level strategic thinking and decision-making
Ability to operate at Group Executive level
Strong commercial acumen and risk awareness
Able to navigate a fast-paced, high-volume, multinational environment
