POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee group financial reporting, consolidations, and IFRS compliance
Manage cross-border reporting and ensure alignment across multiple entities
Partner with the CFO and EXCO on group performance, forecasting, and financial strategy
Drive accuracy, efficiency, and accountability within the finance function
Lead and mentor a talented team to deliver reporting excellence
Oversee internal controls, governance, and external audit processes
Implement process improvements and embed best practices across the group

Qualifications & Experience

ð CA(SA) â essential
ð Minimum 3â6 years post-articles experience in group reporting/consolidations
ð Mining industry experience â highly advantageous
ð¼ Cross-border and multi-entity reporting exposure â essential
ð§¾ Solid technical IFRS and analytical expertise
ð¥ Proven team leadership and mentoring capability
