POSITION INFO:

ð We’re Looking For a Leader Who Is:

âï¸ A Qualified CA(SA) with excellent professional credentials
âï¸ Confident, grounded, patient, and able to guide others effectively
âï¸ Not afraid of a hands-on, operational finance function
âï¸ Able to travel or collaborate smoothly with teams in Cape Town
âï¸ Strong at following direction while still adding strategic value
âï¸ A natural leader who builds trust, respect, and accountability
âï¸ Property experience is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker

ð¯ Your Role Will Include:

Overseeing group-level financial management across multiple entities
Hands-on involvement in operations, cashflow, budgeting and compliance
Guiding and mentoring finance teams
Working directly with business owners on strategy execution
Ensuring strong governance and sound reporting
Driving efficiencies and supporting growth initiatives
