✔️ Able to travel or collaborate smoothly with teams in Cape Town
✔️ Strong at following direction while still adding strategic value
✔️ A natural leader who builds trust, respect, and accountability
✔️ Property experience is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker

• Overseeing group-level financial management across multiple entities
• Hands-on involvement in operations, cashflow, budgeting and compliance
• Guiding and mentoring finance teams
• Working directly with business owners on strategy execution
• Ensuring strong governance and sound reporting
