POSITION INFO:
Our client, a long-standing player in the manufacturing and publishing sector, has built their reputation on two key pillars: consistent quality and exceptional customer service. This commitment has allowed them not only to endure but to thrive in a competitive market over the years. They are now looking to appoint a strong Group Finance Manager to join their leadership team based in the Northern suburbs of Cape Town. As Group Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the full finance function across the group. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee reporting, compliance, and controls, while also driving strategic initiatives at group level.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full finance function at group level
Drive accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and performance
Manage group consolidations and reporting for board and JSE requirements
Partner with leadership to provide strategic financial input and support decision-making

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Qualified CA(SA)
4+ years within a similar role
JSE listed exposure beneficial
Syspro system experience beneficial
