Group Finance Manager

SUMMARY:

Operating within a complex and fast-paced multinational environment, you will take ownership of group financial reporting, consolidations, governance, and financial planning activities. You will provide meaningful insights into business performance, support forecasting and budgeting processes, and partner with key stakeholders across the organisation to drive informed decision-making.
The role offers exposure to consolidated financial performance across multiple regions, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial information used by executive leadership. In addition, you will contribute to the optimisation of reporting processes, financial systems, and consolidation tools while helping to establish best practices across the wider finance function. POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Monitor and strengthen internal financial controls, governance frameworks, and compliance processes Oversee accounting functions across the UK and South African entities, including payment authorisation, VAT submissions, and statutory compliance Manage expenditure oversight, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany accounting processes Lead cash flow management, treasury activities, and short- and long-term cash forecasting Prepare and review corporate tax calculations and support tax compliance requirements Drive the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles across the group Deliver robust financial planning and analysis, providing actionable insights into business performance, profitability, and key financial drivers Partner with the Group CFO and senior leadership team to support strategic decision-making through financial modelling, scenario analysis, and business performance reporting Develop and enhance management reporting packs, KPI dashboards, and board-level financial presentations Analyse financial results against budget, forecast, and prior-year performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and key trends Support the FP&A function with business analytics, operational performance reviews, and commercial finance initiatives Produce accurate and timely group financial reports and support enterprise risk management activities Lead monthly and annual group consolidation processes across multiple entities and jurisdictions Skills & Experience: Group consolidations Multicurrencies Qualification: CA(SA) with industry experience (Non-negotiable) For more information connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
