SUMMARY:
A national leader in Real Estate Investment Trusts is seeking a dynamic Group Financial Manager to join their expanding team. The Group Financial Manager will report to the Group Head of Finance and will be responsible for overseeing financial and accounting system controls and standards used by the company, ensuring timely provision of company financial and statistic reports.

Minimum Requirements:

CA(SA) with 2 years practical experience
RIET experience will be advantageous
Experience with managing numerous financial operations / subsidiaries.
Ability to plan, co-ordinate motivate and control staff and activities in line with their duties
Self-motivated and ability to achieve set goals.
Team player

Key Performance Areas (Responsibilities):

The Group Financial Managers’ duties shall include, but not be limited to:

Consolidations
Preparation of financial statements
Integrated reports
