SUMMARY:
A Market Leader in the Energy and Fuel industry is in search for a Group Finance Manager to drive the day-to-day implementation of their Finance Function rebuild. The incumbent MUST be a qualified Chartered Accountant CA(SA) with 5+ years post-article experience.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

CA(SA)
5 – 10 years’ experience (Group experience advantageous)
Retail, Energy, Manufacturing or FMCG experience (essential)
MINIMUM 2 years’ experience in a finance leadership role
Had experience carrying out recruitment and dismissal processes
Automation & Systems implementation experience
Staff management experience
Complex Consolidations experience
Excellent quantitative, accounting, and audit skills
High proficiency in MS Office, SAP or SAP Business One, Pastel and Sage VIP.

Performance Areas (Responsibilities):

Working capital controls over inventory, cash, and trade payables
Payroll controls
Monthly financial reports
Annual financial statements and Group consolidations
Lease administration
Budgeting and cost reduction analysis
Real-time operating analytics
Growth forecasts and capital allocation frameworks
