SUMMARY:
A multi-national company in the fuel and energy sector is seeking a Group Financial manager to join their finance team. This individual will drive the day-to-day implementation of the organizationÃ¢Â€Â™s Finance Function rebuild.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

CA(SA)
5 – 10 years’ experience (Group experience advantageous)
Retail, Energy, Manufacturing or FMCG experience (essential)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a finance leadership role
Had experience carrying out recruitment and dismissal processes
Automation & Systems implementation experience
Staff management experience
Complex Consolidations experience
Excellent quantitative, accounting, and audit skills
High proficiency in MS Office, SAP or SAP Business One, Pastel and Sage VIP.

Performance Areas:

Working capital controls over inventory, cash, and trade payables
Payroll controls
Monthly financial reports
Annual financial statements and Group consolidations
Lease administration
Budgeting and cost reduction analysis
Real-time operating analytics
Growth forecasts and capital allocation frameworks
