Group Finance Manager

SUMMARY:
A multi-national company in the fuel and energy sector is seeking a Group Financial manager to join their finance team. This individual will drive the day-to-day implementation of the organization’s Finance Function rebuild.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

• CA(SA)
• 5 – 10 years’ experience (Group experience advantageous)
• Retail, Energy, Manufacturing or FMCG experience (essential)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a finance leadership role
• Had experience carrying out recruitment and dismissal processes
• Automation & Systems implementation experience
• Staff management experience
• Complex Consolidations experience
• Excellent quantitative, accounting, and audit skills
• High proficiency in MS Office, SAP or SAP Business One, Pastel and Sage VIP.

 Performance Areas:

• Working capital controls over inventory, cash, and trade payables
• Payroll controls
• Monthly financial reports
• Annual financial statements and Group consolidations
• Lease administration
• Budgeting and cost reduction analysis
• Real-time operating analytics
• Growth forecasts and capital allocation frameworks
