Key Responsibilities

Oversee group financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance with IFRS.
Drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Manage risk, governance, and internal controls across multiple entities.
Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team to deliver operational excellence.

Job Experience and Skills Required

Education: CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable).
Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in financial management, with at least 5 years at group level within Financial Services.
Proven track record in leadership, strategic financial planning, and complex consolidations.
Skills: Advanced Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and strong knowledge of IFRS and regulatory frameworks.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and ability to influence at executive level.
