My client has been a leader in property management across Africa for over two decades, overseeing some of the continent’s largest malls and commercial centres. This role reports to the Senior Finance Manager and some of the responsibilities are: to prepare and consolidate group financial statements in line with IFRS, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, audits, and statutory requirements, develop and managing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
