My client has been a leader in property management across Africa for over two decades, overseeing some of the continent’s largest malls and commercial centres. With a strong footprint in multiple countries, the company specializes in managing high-value retail, office, and mixed-use developments. This role reports to the Senior Finance Manager and some of the responsibilities are: to prepare and consolidate group financial statements in line with IFRS, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, audits, and statutory requirements, develop and managing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
