SUMMARY:
Well-established company in the FMCG space is looking for an experienced and hands-on Group Financial Manager to join their senior management team at head office. The role reports directly to the directors and plays a key part in driving the financial and operational success of the Group.

POSITION INFO:
Skills:

CA(SA)
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Senior Financial Manager role
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Sage Evolution

Job description:

Oversee the full financial function across the Group, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring strong financial controls and compliance.
Manage creditors, debtors, procurement, and supplier relationships.
Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting processes and prepare monthly management reports.
Oversee payroll, HR compliance, and key statutory requirements (UIF, COIDA, BBBEE, Employment Equity).
Ensure all SARS, CIPC, and audit submissions are accurate and up to date.
Manage IT, insurance, and administrative functions.
Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies across departments.
