POSITION INFO:

You’ll join a respected organisation that values innovation, collaboration, and integrity. As Group Financial Manager, you will play a key role in guiding financial strategy, optimising processes, and strengthening overall financial health across the group .This is your chance to make a measurable impact while growing within a stable, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the full group consolidation process
Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across all entities
Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with relevant standards
Guide and mentor a growing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Job Experience and Skills Required:).

CA (SA) qualification (highly advantageous but not mandatory)
At least 5 years’ experience in a financial management role
Strong consolidations exposure at a group or multi-entity level
Solid management and leadership experience
Previous exposure to Financial Services (current experience not required, but past exposure is essential)
