SUMMARY:
From reporting to strategy, lead finance at group level! A well-established organization is looking for Group Finance Manager to join their team. The Group Finance Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end financial control, reporting, and operational finance delivery across the company entities. The successful candidate will lead the standardisation and optimisation of financial processes, manage two Regional Financial Managers as well as provide accurate and timely financial insight to executive leadership. POSITION INFO:

This role involves:

Ensuring consolidated group financial statements are prepared accurately
Reviewing of group EBITDA with insightful report on variances
Collaborating with the Group Collections manager to reduce debtor’s days and stock holding days
Implementing a standardized chart of accounts, financial policies, and month-end reporting pack across all entities
Ensuring accurate and compliant payroll and benefits processing
Developing Regional Financial Managers to achieve performance ratings while maintaining low attrition within the finance team
Delivering improved financial reports and dashboards that support effective decision-making

Skills & Experience:

10+ years’ experience in a healthcare environment
5+ years’ experience in a senior multi-site or group financial leadership
Hands-on experience with audits (internal & external), tax, and regulatory compliance in South Africa
Proven experience implementing / managing ERP or hospital financial systems and financial reporting automation

Qualification:

B. Com Accounting (or similar)
CA(SA) or equivalent professional accounting qualification strongly preferred
