Key Responsibilities Prepare group consolidated financial statements. Oversee month-end and year-end reporting. Ensure IFRS compliance. Drive internal controls and governance. Manage external audits and statutory reporting. Support group finance projects and process improvements. Job Experience and Skills Required CA(SA) qualification. Proven mining industry experience.
