POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Group Reporting & Management Accounts Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts Support group reporting processes, including consolidation inputs and variance analysis Ensure accurate reconciliations and timely reporting across multiple entities Investigate and explain key financial movements and business performance trends Cash Management & Payments Oversight Oversee payment processes to ensure accuracy, governance, and compliance Monitor and report on cash flow positions across the group Identify potential cash flow risks and funding requirements Maintain and strengthen financial controls and approval processes Budgeting & Forecasting Assist with the annual budgeting and forecasting process Consolidate financial information and evaluate budget submissions Perform variance analysis and provide insights into business performance Support scenario planning and cash flow forecasting initiatives Executive & Board Reporting Prepare financial reports, presentations, and board packs Translate complex financial information into meaningful commercial insights Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and reporting Assist with ad hoc projects and executive-level reporting requirements Skills & Experience: 5 years' post-articles experience Experience within audit, group finance, head office finance, commercial finance, or multi-entity environments Strong technical accounting knowledge and reporting skills Advanced Excel and financial analysis capabilities Exposure to management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and group reporting Ability to present financial information clearly to senior stakeholders Commercially minded with a strong analytical and problem-solving approach Highly organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Qualification: CA(SA) - non-negotiable For more information connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
