A well-established JSE listed company is searching for a Group Financial Manager to join one of their divisions. The position is based in the East Rand.

A well-established JSE listed company is searching for a Group Financial Manager to join one of their divisions. The position is based in the East Rand.

Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for the group finance function and will act as the 2IC to the Senior Group Financial Manager. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:

Consolidations.
Review annual financial statements.
Preparation of IFRS 16 recons.
Tax.
Month-end and reporting.
Calculation of dividends.
Project management.
Management of staff.
Assisting the CFO.

Minimum Requirements:

Chartered Accountant
4 years’ post article experience.
Consolidation experience is essential.
Staff management experience.
Willing and able to work overtime.
Africa experience will secure.
