This Group Financial Manager role will handle both the technical and operational side of the business and will be responsible for the below duties:

Group Consolidations
Acquisitions
Preparation of Annual Financial Statements
Monthly management packs and reporting
Collaboration with Joint Ventures

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

Completed CA(SA) needed

Experience:

Big 5 Articles required
Minimum 6 years’ post article experience in the ITC/Telecommunications industry required
