A reputable concern with a focus in the agriculture and manufacturing spaces is looking for a Group Financial Manager to join their team.

JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full finance function as this is an operational role. The Group Financial Manager will be responsible for preparing and reviewing annual financial statements, budgeting, forecasting as well as ensuring governance. The Group Financial Manager will also be responsible implementing financial strategies for the concern and managing a team.

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

CA (SA)

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

At least 8-10 years’ post article experience
At least 5 years’ experience in a managerial role
Experience in the agriculture/heavy manufacturing industries
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent people management and leadership skills
Passion for getting involved in the business
