This concern is looking for an experienced and innovative Chartered Accountant who will be a Group Financial Manager in their Durban based office.

Duties:

• Preparation of the Annual Financial Statement
• Reconciliations
• Tax and VAT
• Overseeing of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Budgets and Forecasts

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

• Completed CA(SA) needed

Experience:

• Minimum 8 - 10 years’ experience in the Property industry needed
• Working experience with MDA highly beneficial
