This international Property concern is recruiting for a Group Financial Manager. An Integral part of their business are the architects, engineers, and various services providers that contribute to the ongoing success of the business model.

In this role the successful Group Financial Manager would need to have a big- picture mindset and be detail-orientated.

Duties:

Budgeting and forecasting
Implementing financial controls
Annual financial statements
Financial review and reporting
Group reviews and consolidations

Qualified CA(SA)

Experience:

Minimum 6-8 years commercial experience required.

Property industry experience is essential
