Group Financial Manager

POSITION INFO:

A market leader, who has been in operations for more than a century concerned within the Property industry is current seeking to recruit a qualified Chartered Accountant to take on the available position of the Group Financial Manager. The successful incumbent will be responsible for but not limited to all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. Duties:

• Consolidations
• Annual financial statements
• Full Finance Function
• Budgets and Forecasts
• Oversee the Credit and Data Department
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.

Qualification and Experience:

• Qualified CA(SA)
• 5 – 8 years commercial experience
• Must have management experience
• Must have prior experience within the Property industry

Skills:

• Advanced Excel Knowledge
• IFRS 16 (Non-negotiable)
• MDA
