Duties:

• Budgeting and forecasting  
• Implementing financial controls
• Annual financial statements
• Financial review and reporting
• Group reviews and consolidations

Qualifications:

Qualified CA(SA)

Experience:

Minimum 5-7 years commercial experience required

Property industry experience is essential
