This international Property concern is recruiting for a Group Financial Manager. An Integral part of their business is their service providers, engineers and architects that contribute daily to the ongoing success of this business.

In this role the successful incumbent would get the opportunity to become part of an innovative team, a team that is known as being a leader within the property space for over a century. Offering longevity and sustainability – this is the role for you!

Duties:

Budgeting and forecasting
Implementing financial controls
Annual financial statements
Financial review and reporting
Group reviews and consolidations

Qualified CA(SA)

Experience:

Minimum 5-7 years commercial experience required

Property industry experience is essential
