POSITION INFO:

An amazing opportunity has become available at a company providing fintech solutions across multiple sectors who are looking for a Group Financial Manager to join their Finance team. This role will contribute at an executive management level and be responsible for the overall management of the financial department.

Responsibilities:

Financial management duties including preparing budgets, tracking of departmental and organisational budget, preparing cash flow statements and preparing financial management reports
Perform debtors and creditors reconciliation
Assistance with Parent and Subsidiary financial reporting; consolidation and preparation of Group monthly reporting
Overview of all tax (VAT, Income Tax, PAYE, Dividend''s tax) submissions for Group
Management of audit for Group
Modelling of new products / ventures within the Group
Pricing analysis and ad hoc financial analysis as required by the CFO
Bi-annual budget preparation
Develop and analyse information to assess the current and future financial status of the company and communicate to the senior management team
Communicate with stakeholders at a senior level in the organization up to Executive Level, with respect to their financial performance and delivery on their strategic objectives where applicable

Requirements:

4+ years of financial management experience
Tertiary qualification required
CA (SA) with big 4 articles preferred
Financial modelling at entity and product level
Knowledge of statutory requirements
Detailed knowledge of IFRS and tax legislation
