POSITION INFO:

A retail company which is rapidly growing, seeks a highly talented Group Financial Manager to join their finance team based in Cape Town.

In this role, you will be responsible for the management of financial activity within the group.

Duties include but not limited to:

Management of group finance function which includes reporting, tax, governance

Setting and presenting annual budgets

Perform analysis to provide insights for business decisions

Group finance related projects

Working capital and cashflow

Annual tax calculations for group

Statutory and internal audit

Group insurance

Candidates who think of themselves as driven, meticulous on attention to detail and consencious in follow ups and feedback are invited to apply for this opportunity.

Education:

CA(SA) or TOP CIMA is a non-negotiable

Skills & Experience:

Completed SAICA articles within a medium to large firm is essential for this role

5 to 6 years'' experience within the retail or FMCG industry is essential

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

MySQL experience is advantageous

Financial acumen

Strong personality

Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment

Team player
