Group Financial Manager

SUMMARY:
One of South Africa’s largest technology services in Africa operating in a range of solutions such as IT, Industry Consulting and Software is in pursuit of a Group Financial Manager. The efficacious appointee will be tasked with the management of group financial reporting within the organization. If you are suitable for this role, kindly apply!

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications:

• B. Com Accounting Degree or similar qualification
• CA(SA)
• A minimum of three to four years post articles
• Knowledge of IFRS 15, 9 and 16
• Must have consolidated a minimum of 20 and above entities

Job description & Skills

• Group consolidation reporting on a quarterly and monthly basis

• Coordination of the group financial disclosure pack for inclusion in the group consolidated results as part of the annual integrated report
• Operational relationships with internal stakeholders, divisional finance executives
  corporate finance team and financial managers across the group
• Coordinating with auditors and internal auditors
• Display keen interest in IFRS with the ability to monitor and highlight the effects on the group’s corporate
• Enthusiastically involved in IFRS and other corporate reporting project roll outs and
  implementation across the group
• Actively involved in the development of finance pack disclosure app
• Supporting the head of corporate reporting and corporate finance with any other ad
  hoc requests
