A reputable concern providing services to institutions across government, medical, recreational, and corporate industries is looking for a seasoned and experienced CA (SA) to join their team as a Group Financial Manager.

JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The Group Financial Manager will be responsible for accounting and reporting, preparing financial statements, internal financial reporting, and financial analysis. The Group Financial Manager will be responsible for processes and controls, managing the audit process and supporting the budgeting and forecasting. The successful candidate will be responsible for the annual and monthly statutory returns, preparing the annual budgets including the balance sheets and cash flows.

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

CA (SA)

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

At least 5 years’ post article experience
Experience in a production industry is preferred
Strong people management and leadership skills
Experience with consolidations is preferred
Strong technical accounting knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience being involved in monthly MANCO
Strong knowledge of IFRS
