Seeking a qualified CA(SA) for a Shared Services / Commercial Solutions Entity

Qualifications and Experience

Company seeking a Qualified CA(SA) Preferably

7 years post Articles experience

Previous experience within a Senior Financial Role – Team Management experience

Strong Team Management experience

Experienced in Group Structures and Consolidations

Internal and External Auditing experience

Strong understanding of SA income TAX, VAT and TAX Legislations

Change implementation experience

Duties and Responsibilities

· Provide accurate accounting functions and reliable financial Reporting and strategical Support to CFO

· Ensure stipulated deadlines are adhered to, to mitigate risk of late Financial Reporting

· Effective mentorship and management to all staff within Corporate Financial Department

· Communicate clear objectives, coaching , developing and supervising of staff

· Maintain integrity of companies ledgers through regular reviews and monthly reconciliations

· Statutory accounts

· Planning strategies to ensure achievement of monthly finance reporting deadlines

· Oversee statutory reporting

· Reporting Provisional and Annual Tax computations, CIPC Returns, statutory reporting deadlines and adherence

· Month end processes

· Draft management reports and commentary

· Review and prepare Finco and management reports and present to CFO

· Prepare and manage the budget and forecast compilation

· Prepare and report on monthly variance analysis

· Group reporting and Consolidations

· Monitor Cash Flow, meetings and forecasts

· Facilitate annual Audit

· Review payroll

· Compile Annual Budgets

· Ensure compliance with all internal controls and processes

· Update fixed asset register
