JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client is a leading Property investment and management company that is focused on providing stable, affordable and well-located properties. This role will report to the Senior Group Financial Manager.

Requirements:

CA(SA)
Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in a Group Finance Manager role
Experience using IFRS and maintaining group accounting
Prepare, maintain and review full set of consolidated financial management accounts
Manage the companies group tax function
Draft full IFRS complaint group consolidated annual financial statements
