JOB SUMMARY:
On the search for an immediately available Group FM looking to expedite their skill set with one of my leading JSE listed Property clients in the Northern suburbs of Johannesburg.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client is a JSE listed Property investment company that is focused on retail and commercial property and has been in operation for more than 5 decades.

The successful candidate will be responsible for mainly consolidations and reporting and will report to the Senior Group Financial Manager.

Requirements:

CA(SA) or completed SAICA Articles
Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in a Group Finance Manager role
Experience using IFRS and maintaining group accounting
Prepare, maintain and review full set of consolidated financial management accounts
Manage the companies group tax function
