Exciting Group Financial Manager role available with a strong focus on Strategic and Operational management (EE/AA)

Job & Company Description:

Our client has been in operation for over 50 years and they produce high quality consumer goods. They are recruiting for a Group Financial Manager and specifically require the skills of a registered Chartered Accountant CA(SA) with approximately 10 years’ post article experience of which the last 5 must be at senior management level. Ideally the successful candidate would have spent the last 5 or more years within a manufacturing environment, specifically at a plant. The role will oversee the full finance function, operational management and strategic development of multiple factories. Preference will be given to incumbents that display a stable working track record.

• Strategic Planning & Development
• Review & Consolidation of Monthly & Annual Results
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Cash Flow Management
• Streamline Processes & Improve Efficiencies
• Performance Management & Risk Assessments
• IFRS Compliance
• Vat & Tax
• Group Audit Reviews
• Other adhoc duties

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified CA(SA) registered with SAICA
• At least 10 years’ post article experience within the Manufacturing, FMCG, Agriculture or similar plant or processing environment
• Must have at least 5 years’ senior management experience
• Must have a stable working track record, no job hopping
