SUMMARY:
Urgent Vacancy - Group Financial Manager role available for a Chartered Accountant CA(SA) with at least 8-10 years' post article experience within a services, retail, pharmaceutical, healthcare or similar industry sector.

Our client provides services within the Medical field and they are recruiting for a Group Financial Manager that would be on a strategic management level. The successful incumbent will be responsible for Group Reporting, Operations and Strategic Management, therefor Group Reporting or Shared Service experience is a pre-requisite.

Duties:

• Full Finance Function
• Review of Consolidated Reports
• Annual Financial Statements
• Management Accounts
• Budgets & Forecasts
• Cashflow Management
• Internal Controls
• Risk & Compliance
• Implement & Automate Systems
• Payroll Management
• Tax & VAT
• Staff Management

Education:

• Must be a SAICA registered Chartered Accountant CA(SA) – No other qualification can be considered at this stage

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Min 8-10 years’ post article experience in the commercial sector
• Must have experience sitting on board level and being involved in the strategic decision making of the business – Non-Negotiable
• Must come from a Group Reporting or Shared Service environment
• Must have experience managing large teams
