SUMMARY:
Bothongo Group seeks a hands-on Group Food & Beverage Manager to lead multi-site operations, driving operational excellence, culinary innovation, financial performance, compliance, and memorable guest experiences across a hospitality portfolio.

POSITION INFO:

Lead and oversee all group food & beverage operations across restaurants, bars, functions, and conferencing facilities.
Drive profitability, revenue growth, stock control, and operational efficiency across all sites.
Ensure consistency in service delivery, SOP implementation, food quality, hygiene, and customer experience standards.
Strong culinary understanding and food innovation experience, with the ability to lead menu development initiatives, assess food quality and presentation standards, identify market trends, and collaborate effectively with chefs and kitchen teams on new concepts and product offerings.
Manage supplier relationships, procurement processes, and cost-saving initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, liquor licensing, and audit requirements.
Monitor reporting, stock variances, financial performance, and operational controls across all outlets.
