SUMMARY:
Hotel Group Accountant – Multi-Property Portfolio

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Hotel Group Accountant to manage the finances across multiple hotel properties within our client's group.

This is a key role, reporting directly to the owners and GMs, and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-property environment.

POSITION INFO:
Some Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage accounting operations across all hotel properties
Prepare detailed and timely financial reports for owners and GMs
Monitor property-level performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
Ensure consistent application of financial policies and controls across properties
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting processes
Coordinate with property finance teams and support them as needed
Handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment

Requirements:

Degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum 10 years’ experience in hotel or hospitality accounting, with exposure to multiple properties
Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
