Group Head: Enterprise Architecture & Infrastructure Location: Zimbabwe Type: Permanent | Executive Leadership Architect the future. Lead the infrastructure. This is a high-impact leadership role for a seasoned tech executive with deep expertise in enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and innovation. About the Role You’ll provide strategic and operational leadership of IT infrastructure and architecture across the Group. This includes cloud, security, storage, networks, innovation, and systems architecture — ensuring compliance, performance, and alignment to business strategy. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain the Group’s IT architecture strategy Lead infrastructure operations (cloud, servers, storage, security) Drive governance, compliance, and architectural standards Ensure alignment to digital transformation and innovation goals Champion agile frameworks and enterprise systems integration Manage vendor relationships and IT contracts Mentor and lead cross-functional IT teams What You Bring Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred) Minimum 10 years in IT, 5+ in leadership and strategy roles Strong experience with enterprise architecture (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) Proven infrastructure and data centre leadership Cloud architecture knowledge (Azure preferred) Vendor, budget, and people management experience Excellent leadership, governance, and communication skills What Success Looks Like A modern, agile IT ecosystem that enables business growth Scalable infrastructure aligned to performance and security benchmarks A strong, future-ready architectural foundation across the Group Engaged and high-performing IT teams under your leadership
