We are looking for a Group Head of HR, to look after our most important asset which is our people.

The Group Head of HR will need to create channels of communication within the organisation & will be the main point of communication between employees and all levels of management.

We want our HR team to be the dynamic and agile and contribute to building a culture that sets us apart, creating competitive differentiation for our clients.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Involved in strategic decision-making pertaining to talent management, learning & development & HR

Requirements

  • Extensive proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manageror similar
  • Familiarity with relevant Human Resources Management Systems
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, training, succession planning
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication skills – written & verbal
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant
  • Must be willing to travel

 

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday 8h00am to 5pm with flexibility to support our business which operates 24/7.

 

Salary – Market related as we are looking for the right person to walk this journey with our team.
