SUMMARY:
Exciting high-impact IR leadership role at the centre of a complex, multi-market listed business.

Partnering directly with the CEO and CFO, you’ll own and evolve the investment narrative. Shape how the business is positioned, understood and valued by local and international markets.

This is a senior, outward-facing role for someone with real gravitas, engaging analysts, institutional investors and financial media, while bringing insight into valuation, market expectations and strategic direction (including M&A activity).

POSITION INFO:
Key focus areas:

Developing and driving a clear, value-led investment case
Leading all investor engagement across reporting cycles and ongoing market dialogue
Broadening and diversifying the shareholder base through targeted outreach
Providing sharp market insight and valuation perspective to the executive team
Partnering with Finance, Strategy and Comms to deliver consistent, high-impact messaging
Overseeing integrated and sustainability reporting

Ideal candidates will have:

Proven IR experience within a JSE-listed environment (multinational exposure preferred)
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to engage at depth on performance, valuation and strategy
Established credibility with analysts and institutional investors
Executive presence with the confidence to operate at senior stakeholder level
A strategic thinker who can execute effectively in a lean environment
