Opportunity for a Head of Finance

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A leader in the services sector is currently recruiting for a Group Head of Finance. This is a very successful organization and offers ample growth to their staff. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and energetic individual who is a problem solver and able to meet all deadlines. He/she must be strategic, with an interest in driving business growth and innovation

Duties:

Lead Group Finance function,
Manage debtors & creditors, and treasury.
Full IFRS reporting
Managing the team of finance personnel, including training and performance management.
Managing external auditors for the Group and subsidiaries.
Ensuring best practices in finance processes and systems.
Drive business process automation.

Education and Experience:

CA(SA)
At least 7 years post article experience
High level of Leadership Skills in a diverse environment.
