SUMMARY:
Our client a well-respected customer experience and market research consultancy based in Gauteng is recruiting. They are looking for a Human Capital Business Partner to look after the HR Function for their growing medium sized business.

POSITION INFO:
The Group Human Capital Business Partner will be responsible for:
Organisational Design
Change Management
Culture implementation
Talent acquisition and retention
Remuneration and rewards strategy
Performance Management
Learning and Development
HR administration

Qualifications:
Degree in HR or similar
Min of 5+ years of HR experience
Proven track record in a HR business partner role with generalist experience.

This role will suit an HR professional who would like to build on their generalist and HR business partner experience with wide exposure to the full HR function. This opportunity will also provide the scope to contribute to HR strategy and implementation in a high performance and customer oriented culture.
